Changed your mind? No problem! You may cancel your order—whether it's for In Stock or Pre-Order items—as long as it has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, however, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived heavily damaged due to the delivery courier—in which case, the return shipping fee will be waived.

To request a return, please email support@cluelesscollectibles.com with your order number in the subject line, and include photos of both the shipping box and the Funko Pops showing the damage.

If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After this 14-day window, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

The "CLUELESS" discount code is valid only on your first order of In Stock items. It does not apply to Pre-Orders or Clueless Drop items, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any attempts to misuse the "CLUELESS" code—such as altering names, email addresses, or shipping information—may result in partial or full cancellation of the order without prior notice.

Affiliate discount codes, however, may be used multiple times on any eligible order or item.

Any order placed to a reshipper address without prior approval is subject to cancellation.

When purchasing 6 or more Funko Pops—whether individual figures or as part of a bundle—your entire order will be treated as a Bulk Purchase.

Please note that items included in a Bulk Purchase may vary in condition, ranging from Mint to Non-Mint. At Clueless Collectibles, a Non-Mint Pop is defined as one with visible box imperfections such as blemishes, creases, or dents. Additionally, any defects with the figure itself may also qualify the item as Non-Mint.
